The client’s primary business is focused on the aviation industry. The client deals with a range of business from design to deployment of uniforms, PPE, and cabin cleaning supplies for the airline companies.

Incentex is an eCommerce web portal that caters all the requirements of aviation companies. It offers an end-to-end solution for managing and shipping orders to the users. SAP synchronization and integration of store, user, and master data management facilitate the airlines to manage complex business processes.

Objectives

The client had a web portal with several pitfalls, and the prime objective was to upgrade the entire web application without disturbing its functionality. There was a grave need to fix database and file structures for better access while making an eCommerce website more appealing than before.

The client also wished to improve the business logic implemented by other solution provider company. Every aspect of the client’s existing eCommerce web portal required different, unique and complex business logics for improving the UX.
