You will receive a confirmation message and an email, confirming that your application is received for a review. If your candidate profile and application meet the qualifications for a selected position, a recruiter will be in contact with you at the earliest. The length and nature of the recruitment process at IndiaNIC depends on a case-to-case basis and your location. However, generally your application once received, is reviewed by the recruitment team to ensure if the requirements are met. If they do meet, you will be contacted by them to schedule an interview.

The interview process, as said earlier, may include multiple interviews by the right IndiaNIC representatives. At times, the CEO can also call you for a session. You can be asked to perform tasks given prior or during the interview sessions. There is also a possibility that you can be invited for an assessment day or to perform practical tests.
