With the fact that over 75% of internet traffic comes from mobile devices, it is not hard to imagine the importance of having a custom mobile app. The client realized that the time was right to have a user-centric approach that lets users book an appointment for a range of ophthalmic optic services with the click of a button. Also, the client wanted to give utmost importance to the data privacy of patients and ensure that the patient management app works seamlessly with their multiple websites. They were finding it hard to manage the patients and looking for improvisation on this front.

Our Strategy

A strategic consultation helped the team understand the client’s project requirements.
